Senior Organic Artist
  • Created clinically accurate, photorealistic anatomy and organic real-time VR assets for use in complex medical procedure simulations, growing the company's library of anatomy, patients, blendshapes, and accessories for use in upcoming procedures from a few to 100+ 3D assets.
  • Worked with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks, lead discussions on complex techniques and interactions, and managed issues related to organic assets and VFX in various projects to ensure project reliability and functionality.
  • Guided decision-making regarding organic asset development during pre-production and the storyboarding phase. Assisted with high-level design, scoping planning, and made suggestions to help reduce development time and ensure proper functionality of assets.
  • Collaborated with Project Management teams and Department Leads to manage workload and priorities for organic art tasks, ensuring alignment with project capacity and deadlines.
  • Maintained high standards and increased efficiency by collaborating with Tech Artists and Asset Managers within Unity, Maya, and Adobe Painter to develop tooling to ensure assets not only met the visual and performance requirements for VR, but improved the pipeline's ease of use and efficiency during asset development.
  • Created real-time VFX assets for Unity and worked with Tech Artists and Asset Managers to insure assets met performance requirements and developed pipeline tools to integrate VFX assets into the existing pipeline to support ease of use and development efficiency.
  • Mentored and trained artists and medical illustrators on modeling, texturing, VFX creation, and sculpting techniques in Unity. Up-skilled artists provided more optimized assets at better visual quality in less time and provided versatility to the Production Team for scheduling.


Organic Artist
  • Created a Universal Patient Topology that was used to simplify and speed up patient production. It improved deformation, allowed artists to blend features between patients, reuse rigs and anatomy from previously created procedures, and speed up asset production, ultimately increasing Patient customization capabilities.
  • Developed an asset organizational system to help organize the Organic Art Team's hundreds of assets into a concise, easily navigable system, reducing asset creation time and contributing to rapid growth in design options the medical Illustration team was able to provide clients regarding patient size, gender, age and demographic for upcoming procedures.

  • Modeled high poly assets and created UVs and topology appropriate for the needs of the shots for an NDA cinematic project featuring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
  • Collaborated with the client's Production teams and Art Director to deliver assets that matched concept art, met the visual standards, and necessary function within the given deadline.

Signals of Bedlam Music Video - 3D Generalist
  • Collaborated with band members to create shots that aligned with the vision and use case for the video, further breaking down those shots into asset lists and deliverables to be provided to the client in a timely manner within given deadlines.
  • Modeled various 3D assets to be used in a music video. Final deliverables included organic/creature modeling, hard surface modeling, vehicle design and animation.
  • Rigged, animated, lit, rendered, and composited the shots for the video.
